Nestled just five miles north of Wexford town in the Republic of Ireland, Simon Neville grows barley and a mixture of arable crops on his farm, Ballyroe, where he has farmed for over 40 years. As a third-generation farmer, he understands that his Seafield series soil, derived from sand & mudstones, creates unique conditions for growing malting barley. Once harvested, Simon’s barley is distilled and transformed into coveted Waterford Ballyroe Edition 1:1 whisky. Each sip tells the story of generations of dedication and captures the essence of Ireland’s rich agricultural heritage.
