Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Ross-on-Wye and Remote (hybrid)
Position: Full time role available

Our approach in the Proagrica marketing team is to put our customers first and help demonstrate how our products and services can benefit them. We help inform customers and partners about the benefits of our market-leading products, our values and our approach to a sustainable future in agriculture.

To succeed here, you’ll need to be able to combine creativity with the organisational skills to manage numerous different projects to tight deadlines simultaneously, as well as enjoy working with sales teams, product specialists and senior stakeholders. You will need to be an enthusiastic team player, you will be expected to work hard, push the boundaries and take responsibility to delight our customers. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to learn things that aren’t listed in this job description but we’ve done our best to describe below what is involved in this role. 

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Becoming a digital marketing champion for Proagrica, working with the wider marketing team and external digital agencies where needed to deliver core tactical and automated email campaigns designed to engage and drive leads.
  • Developing and owning the digital and social marketing strategy for all paid and organic channels.
  • Effectively managing all digital acquisition opportunities including but not limited to Google/PPC, SEO, Social advertising both paid and organic.
  • Managing our on-site SEO to ensure customers find the best page and content to suit their needs. Maintaining and updating key words on an ongoing basis, with the support of external agencies and/or channel specialists.
  • Collaborating with all the business functions to deliver MQL volume, strong MQL to SQL conversion rates, AOV and revenue in line with annual targets.
