Marketing Executive – Maternity Cover

Location: Ross-on-Wye (currently remote)
Position: Part time / 28 hours per week, approximately 12-month contract

Our job in the Farmplan (part of Proagrica) marketing team is to demonstrate how our products and services help our customers feed and fuel the population. We approach marketing in a way that puts the customer at the heart of what we do. We help inform customers and partners about the benefits of our market-leading products, our values and our approach to a sustainable future in agriculture.

We are a friendly and expanding team at the centre of Proagrica. To succeed here, you’ll need to be able to combine creativity with the organisational skills to manage numerous different projects to tight deadlines simultaneously, as well as enjoy working with sales teams, editorial and senior stakeholders. You will need to be an enthusiastic team player, you will be expected to work hard, push the boundaries, and take responsibility to delight our customers.

Customer Support Advisor

Location: Ross-on-Wye (currently remote)
Position: Full time, part time and maternity cover roles available

Looking to be part of a dynamic and vibrant team in a role where no two days are the same? We are currently looking for Customer Support Advisors – one FT and one maternity cover role – based at our office in Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire (currently working from home).

We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual that can demonstrate an excellent standard of customer service, great organisational skills, a ‘can-do’ attitude and a motivation to develop and grow within the role. In return, we’ll offer a competitive salary, almost six weeks’ annual leave and the opportunity for you to enhance your career prospects.

Some key responsibilities of our Customer Support Advisors include:

  • Working alongside colleagues sharing experience and knowledge to provide our customers with a high level of support via phone, email and online.
  • Gaining detailed knowledge of our brand, customers and products along with keeping up to date with industry changes.
  • Collaborating across the business to deliver effective support and training services for our customers.
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and customers across the business.
