Sheep Manager software is designed to help you keep legislative sheep records and manage individual sheep.  The home page tells you how many sheep you have on your holding and whether you need to notify the local authority of any movements.

You can view an animal's history including sheep movements, breeding and lambing details, medical history (incl. quantity of medicine used, date and reason for treatment), weight (incl. date weight recorded, daily live weight gain etc). This can help you from a management perspective e.g. adjust feed for optimum weight and sale price.

You can add and view details of Sheep Services including date, in lamb status, sire and the sheep that were served. When adding a lamb to a ewe's record card you can include important details such as the ewe's ease of lambing, the sire, the tag number and more.

In the 'Treatments' section the Medicine Cupboard shows you what you have in stock. It shows product, batch number, expiry date and quantity left. You can record treatments and select the sheep you want to administer the treatment to. A range of vet and med reports are available, e.g. the NOAH Animal Medicine Record Book, enabling you to see important sheep treatment details whenever you need to.

You can easily record details of sheep sales including time and date, who they were sold to, the haulier and which animals were sold. You can generate a completed AML1 form or market declaration for an upcoming sale.  The software can also generate a completed Holding Register; a Sales Analysis Report showing your sheep sales e.g. price, live weight, breed etc; a Sheep Inspector Report enabling you to see the status of your animals as well as a range of other useful reports.
