The personnel section acts like an address book, as a list of any operators, advisors, and other contacts you wish to be able to associate with your field records.

To add personnel

From the setup module:

  1. Select Personnel
  2. Select + New Personnel
  3. Enter the mandatory information:
    1. First name
    2. Last name
  4. Enter any of the optional information as required:
    1. Email address
    2. Role
    3. Qualifications – exact options will depend on the role(s) selected
    4. Location and address
    5. Phone numbers
  5. Select the tick to save and confirm

To delete Personnel

Personnel can only be deleted if they are not associated with any field records.

To delete a personnel record, select the bin icon for that record. You will be presented with a confirmation screen, select Delete to confirm.


If you are planning to import jobs from your agronomist, you will need to have them added in your personnel list.
