“I have worked for Farmplan for over two years as one of the Account Managers in the sales team now and have really enjoyed my role and developing it over time.
Although Farmplan is part of a large organisation it has a really friendly feel, when I first started I was relieved everyone was so approachable and the office is such a welcoming environment. I got to spend time in all the departments here at Farmplan as well as with the team I would be working directly with which was a great way to meet everyone and become familiar with the business as a whole. There is a lot of support from colleagues and managers at Farmplan, one to one meetings for development gives you a chance to discuss career progression and set targets to help you to achieve your personal and work goals.
I would certainly recommend Farmplan as a great place to work!”
