Case study

The Lockinge Estate is set at the foot of the Berkshire Downs in an area of outstanding natural beauty.

Created between 1854 and 1890, the Estate comprises around 150 residential properties, plus 60 commercial units and offices many of which result from the sympathetic conversion of the old Victorian farm buildings, as well as let farms.

The Estate began using Property Manager software to manage the property in October 2008.
