  • You’re a VAT registered UK business

  • Your turnover is more than £85k per annum

  • You are not exempt

    If you believe you may be exempt, then you should contact HMRC directly

How will you be impacted?

  • You’ll need to keep records in digital form 

  • You’ll need to use HMRC approved software to submit your VAT return 

  • You’ll need to preserve those records for 6 years
