Role title: Customer Services Advisor
Location: Hybrid -Herefordshire/Norfolk
About the job:
You will be dealing directly with our customers, to provide product support ranging from functionality type enquiries, training scenarios and software licensing.
You will need to be able to combine excellent customer service, with great organisational skills and be an enthusiastic team player, you will be expected to work hard, push the boundaries and take responsibility to delight our customers. You will have plenty of opportunities to learn things that are not listed in this job description, but we’ve done our best to describe below what is involved in this role.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Providing multi-channel support and advice to resolve customer queries via phone, email and chat.
- Investigating and troubleshooting issues across a variety of software products.
- Setting up screen share sessions in order to troubleshoot more complex issues.
- Logging all interactions on in house CRM system.
- Gaining detailed knowledge of our products, brand and customer base.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrate commercial awareness, with excellent listening skills when engaging with our customers to fully understand their needs and wants.
- Good computer skills, with an analytical and organised approach to problem solving.
- Be passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
- Have strong numerical, written, and oral communication skills.
- An ability to interact positively with customers at all levels.
- Have fine attention to detail and good time management skills.
- Be prepared to travel within the UK to visit our other offices, attend events and carry out customer training as required.
Role title: Sales Consultant
Location: Hybrid, home/Ross on Wye, Herefordshire
Job Description
To support this mission, we are looking for a dedicated sales professional to join our existing team to support our commercial strategy and drive revenue. Based in Ross on Wye at Proagrica’s Alton House Office., the applicant will work alongside other colleagues on a hybrid working model and will report into to the sales manager. Diversity in our team is of great importance and we seek the right individual who is looking to either start or advance their career as part of a dynamic and exciting business that has long term strategic growth plans.
About the job:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the recruit will be working alongside a team of telesales executives who are responsible for selling to new and existing customers across the Farmplan software solutions portfolio. The recruit will also be expected to take a hands-on approach with selling and be a key and active member of the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Actively engaging with new and existing sales prospects; preparing quotes, accepting orders and closing sales.
- Responding to inbound customer contact.
- Supporting our customer migration projects.
- Supporting and drive new, upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the team.
- Working across departments including product development, customer success and marketing to align and support departments.
- Gaining a deep knowledge of the Farmplan software solutions.
- Learning and articulate the business and commercial strategies.
- Being responsible for individual reporting.
- Compiling progress reports, reporting on statistics, and using data to track and monitor progression towards targets.
- Identifying and raise needs and requirements.
- Working with the sales manager to create and work through a development, progression and career plan.
- Providing feedback
