Job Purpose:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Software Services team based at either our Hethersett or Ross on Wye office. As a Support Adviser you will be responsible for supporting and training our large and varied customer base via phone and email, as well as being involved in data investigation and other web based support and training activities. Opportunity exists to expand your involvement in our training activities providing face to face training either on-site or small group events.

This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication and relationship building skills together with the desire to learn and bring new ideas to help us to continue to deliver first-class support and training to our customers

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

To become fully conversant and specialise in at least two of our product ranges; crop recording and financial or livestock (depending on individual experience and knowledge). Full product training will be provided to ensure necessary knowledge and skills are developed.

To answer customer queries in a friendly but professional manner.

To work alongside our training department, carrying out customer onsite and online training as required.

Key Skills Required:

  • Self-motivated, efficient and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and with good time management skills
  • Strong customer service ethos and a passion for customer satisfaction
  • High standard of IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience and interest in agriculture; especially arable farming technology an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
  • Understanding of financial book-keeping principles and reporting an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
  • Willingness to travel within UK
