Single Farm Payment Software, SPS Planner, enables you to complete and submit your Single Payment Scheme forms to the RPA electronically. SPS Planner is for use in England only.

Features
Pre-populated form
Your form will be populated with the data the RPA have for you.
Data import
If you currently have a spreadsheet containing your SPS data e.g. in Microsoft Excel, that data can be imported directly into the Farmplan SPS program.
Editing content
Edit your form as many times as you like prior to submission. No need for crossing out.
Work offline
Access and edit within the software without a constant internet connection. This means that once you have downloaded the required data from the RPA's database you can then work through the forms offline. Once you have completed the forms you can simply submit them to the RPA, securely via the internet, when you are ready.
Land use codes
Easily identify land use codes. The software provides a full list of crops with suggested land use codes and automatically fills in the correct columns associated with the chosen land use code. This offers the added benefit of more meaningful management information when you are looking at the cropping details for a field.
Multi-cropping
Mass select groups of fields to crop in one operation rather than doing one field at a time; this means you can save time where a large number of land parcels are farmed.
Validation / error correction
Instant checks can help you avoid mistaken entries or omissions and help ensure that the SPS application rules are not broken. You can run a full validation check whenever you like without committing to making a submission until you are ready.
Electronic or print submission
Submit your application electronically to the RPA, via the internet, and receive an immediate delivery receipt. Alternatively you can print a replica form so that you can enter the details yourself onto the paper form.
Historical records
Previous applications made through the software are stored in the program on a year-by-year basis. It retains a range of historical cropping reports e.g. field by field, crop and land use codes which can be filtered and sorted to suit your own management requirements.
Amalgamator module
This optional module is ideal if your business submits a single form but there are several holdings or farms which are managed separately. The module enables the Single Payment Scheme data for each holding to be worked on independently but enables the data to then be combined for final online submission.	option

Supporting documents
Supporting documents sent to the RPA should be accompanied by a printed copy of the receipt. This enables the RPA to easily match the documents with your electronic application.
