A network support service from Farmplan means we will provide:

Admininistration services - setting up and amending user and mail accounts, passwords
Monitoring services- checking that backups are running, performing security updates, monitoring for viruses and intrusions
Dealing with operating system and connectivity issues
VPN services - setting up, monitoring and maintaining
Mobile connectivity - setting up to connect to Blackberry and mobile phone devises
Server support -diagnosis and repair including UPS, back up drives and Operating system
Telephone support
Support via remote access to server and workstations i.e. we can log onto equipment remotely in the event of problems with your network system
Repair of faulty hardware (where feasible)
On site server support for issues that cannot be fixed remotely
